Service power steering now light came on and became difficult to steer. After parking the steering froze up completely and the wheel could no longer be turned in any direction. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. There was a recall on over 400,000 of these vehicles for this same exact problem but the dealer is telling me that my vin is not covered.
