My daughter was driving and power steering stopped. Light came on service power steering. Needless to say a very dangerous situation for her and for every one around her. 55000 miles and had 6 recalls. This to should be because if she had been on the interstate at 65 mph i could have lost her yesterday so something needs to be done.

The electronic power steering fails as the power steering module fails to communicate. This is an issue that could happen while driving which could easily result in an accident. Luckily, my car had been parked when i discovered the issue but quite a few people haven't been as fortunate. They've recalled model years 2011-2014 but the defect is present in the 2010 models as well yet they will not issue a recall.
