On 02dec2019 while driving during a light snow, wipers on a 2013 fusion se at 43,595 miles failed to operate, lh wiper stayed vertical, rh wiper returned to park in horizontal position. Vehicle was taken to james ford in williamson ny where the problem was diagnosed as lh wiper motor failure. Repairs were made at a cost of $550.93.

I don't know if i'm the correct site but i am very concerned with my defroster on my windshield. There are times when i'm driving that the visibility on my windshield is extremely poor; can barely see out of the window. I try many variables to remedy it, ac, heat, high, low etc. Nothing works to remedy and it is very dangerous.
