I don't know if i'm the correct site but i am very concerned with my defroster on my windshield. There are times when i'm driving that the visibility on my windshield is extremely poor; can barely see out of the window. I try many variables to remedy it, ac, heat, high, low etc. Nothing works to remedy and it is very dangerous.

Wiper blades have disconnected from the wiper arm while in use, on five separate occasions. I've used multiple brands, installed by service professionals at ford, pep boys and advance auto parts, and the problem has repeated. Coworker with 2015 ford fusion has had similar problem with original blades. Problem has occurred at highway speeds, low speeds and while stopped at traffic light.
