Driving car one day and turn signals failed to function when preparing to make a turn in town. Checked fuses and bulbs and all were good. Tried the left turn signal and it was not working either. Also noticed wipers and none of the steering wheel controls were operational.

The wiper arms block the left and right sprayers and only get a small amount of fluid on the windshield.
