Pulled out of driveway, thought car died, looked at dashboard and message was 'power assist failure'. Pulled back into garage with no power steering. Waited 10 minutes, started car and no problem. Drove around block with no incident. Side note: filled car with gas yesterday and dash indicated car had 471 miles til empty which is above capacity for car.
