My trip odometer continues to malfunction despite being replaced with a brand new instrument cluster. I will park the vehicle, reset the trip odometer to 0.0, and when i return the next day or several hours later the trip odometer will increase in mileage by itself! For example, the trip odometer will now read 0.1, 0.4, 0.6, 0.7, or 0.9. Apparently this is a design flaw within the instrument cluster for this vehicle…
