Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford fusion. While driving 20 mph, the steering wheel failed to turn left or right. There was also an abnormal beeping noise and the power steering warning indicator illuminated. The local dealer was not notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 180,000.
