The driver side door latch and lock are broke. You cannot open the car door from the inside, you can only open it by rolling down the windows. Sometimes it wont shut properly and sometimes it is also a struggle to open it from the outside (as if that option of opening it might be gone soon). Driver's side front door would not open from the interior. Had to roll windows down and open from the outside. Upon further inspection, the lever, inside the door was broken off and would not engage the door release. The entire door handle component was replaced. There was no abnormal use or forces applied to the handle, and the handle itself seems to be intact and operational from visual inspection.
