    Have been dealing with a brake issue for a few months. Took it to a mechanic who replaced the brakes pads. After they were replaced, the brakes still felt off.     After hitting a bumpy road my brakes went to the floor and stopping power just went away. Checked at shop. All pads replaced. Fluid changed completely twice. Master cyl and hoses not leaking, now i have really weak braking system from the federally mandated system 49 cfr 571.135 - standard no. 135 that is installed in my car and cant get it repaired.
