The driver's side interior door latch was broken could not lock the driver's side door within the last 5 years. I took it to flood ford of narragansett, ri and they fixed it. Now the same problem has happened again. I have an appointment to have it fixed and don't think i should have to pay for the same repair again!

Cosumer owns 2009 ford fusion. On four different occasions vehicle lost significant braking pressure that was believed to be caused by wheels hitting potholes which resulted in sudden dropping of brake pedal to floor, a decrease in rate of deceleration of vehicle, increase in stopping distance, and loss of ability to control car's deceleration by increasing the foot pressure applied to the brake pedal. *tt *js

The pedal is spongy and makes sounds like air is being pumped in and out of the braking system. The pedal travels. I have to press it to the floor to get some type of action that eventually stops the car. If you take your chances with driving the car, you have to know well ahead of time when you will have to stop the car in order to avoid crashing into another car or object. This is a very unsafe situation.

Tl* the contact owns a 2009 ford fusion. While driving 5 mph, the heel of the contact's shoe became stuck in the floormat and interfered with the accelerator pedal. As a result, the contact crashed the vehicle into a parked vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact did not sustain any injuries. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown.
