I now find out that it is my smart junction box causing this and ford motor will do nothing about it. Part of the smart junction box is melted together. Takata recall. My blinkers all would not go off. I was told it the relay is sticking in the relay box. To fix it with labor and all was 1400.00. I was unable to pay to get it fix.
